Mother and Child Protection Center.....

The Max Stenbeck Mother and Child Center serves as a safe house for girls and young women who have survived sexual and gender-based violence, trafficking, labour exploitation, early/forced marriage, and other forms of abuse and exploitation. The Center offers comprehensive programs to support the recovery and empowerment of its beneficiaries in a safe, secure, and protective environment.

The Center's educational programs include courses in cosmetology and fashion, accredited under the CTVET model. Additionally, beneficiaries receive soft skills training in essential areas such as sexual and reproductive health rights, computer literacy, and business and financial management. Additional skills such as tie and dye have been introduced to complement the skills of the beneficiaries.

The Center supports women,  girls, including young mothers who are admitted to the center with their children. While the young mothers receive training in fashion and cosmetology, their children are provided with care at our Early Childhood Learning Center.
